Business Builders Honors Erica Wright as a Woman in Leadership

May 31, 2011 (San Francisco, CA): Business Builders, LLC recently awarded its first annual “Woman in Leadership” honor to Erica Wright, Vice President of Human Resources for the Life Sciences Solutions Unit at Agilent Technologies.
The prestigious Business Builders award recognizes executive women whose talents in leadership, mentoring, and professional excellence have contributed significantly to both personal and organizational growth.

Ms. Wright has extensive experience in both Human Resources and Business Management. She is currently Vice President of Human Resources for the Life Sciences Group within Agilent Technologies. Her responsibilities include directing worldwide programs for the business in the areas of leadership and talent development, workforce planning, organization development, and merger and acquisitions integration.
